  3. Public Domain mouse accelerator / input-handler / window aranger /
  4. drive-declicker /pop-CLI thingy. Originally based on the QMouse source,
  5. but changed out of all recognition. Specifically it is much cleaner
  6. than QMouse, properly blanks and unblanks the screen when AMOS is
  7. running, and can have its parameters changed whgen it's running. Also
  8. features a Window-to-Front-by-Clicking-on-its-Border facility.
